One of the largest multifamily developers in the country, Alliance Residential Company, recently purchased nearly two acres for a new community development. The community named Broadstone oneC1TY will consist of luxury apartments and studios located in Nashville near Vanderbilt University, Charlotte Avenue and Musician’s Corner.
Construction at 7 City Place will begin this year, and the company hopes to have residents move in spring of 2023.
Broadstone oneC1TY will consist of 261 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units. They will feature “top-of-the-market finishes,” such as gas ranges, beverage refrigerators, entertainment islands and custom entry benches. The units average 814 square feet.
Alliance Residential Company has two other active developments currently under construction in Nashville. In November 2020, they acquired 1.5 acres in the SoBro neighborhood for Broadstone SoBro. Alliance also purchased over six acres in June 2020 for Broadstone Nations
Broadstone OneCity community amenities are set to include a state-of-the-art fitness center, private focus rooms, individual yoga pods, mailroom with 24/7 package concierge, resort-style pool and courtyard and a sky lounge equipped with a demonstrator kitchen and rooftop putt-putt.
Dynamik Design and Catalyst Design Group are the project designer and civil engineer.
