By collecting stormwater runoff, parking garage groundwater, and building condensate, ONEC1TY’s Watershed pond provides irrigation for the entire campus – avoiding the need to use City water. Additionally, the pond provides a natural amenity for residents and visitors, with a bridge to encourage an active walk or jog from The Shay to The Yard.
