When London first came up with Nosh, it was just a small dream of filling the gap for good dessert in the Nashville area. Sure, there were donut shops, ice cream parlors, and places to get bread, but we were looking for a true bakery with sky-high cakes, rich cheesecakes, huge cookies, etc.
She also wanted somewhere that emphasized unique flavors that were true to their Southern roots, and most importantly, were not too sweet.
Nosh started as just a few pop-ups around the city whenever there was an opportunity. She started selling custom cakes by word of mouth and very rapidly built a clientele and social media following. From farmers markets to galas to food festivals, we were everywhere getting our name out there.
