DESCRIPTION:Join Sandbar for their very own volleyball leagues starting in April! \nNashville’s Premier Outdoor Volleyball Venue. Join a league on Monday (4’s) or Wednesday (6’s) nights\, or join a Blind Draw on Tuesday nights. Registration to the league site is FREE. You only pay when you select an option. We also rent courts and host special events. \nClick here to join a league! \n\n  \nFor volleyball court reservations\, please click here. \nIf you’re looking for guaranteed play\, courts are available for reservations in one-hour time slots Monday – Sunday from 9am – 11pm. If you DO NOT see the hour in which you’re trying to reserve\, that court has already been booked or there is league play. Remember\, no outside beverages or large bags are allowed. You may bring your own volleyball or we have one available during bar hours. \nIf courts are open (no reservations)\, you are more than welcome to play for free until the next reservation. \nIf your reservation is made before normal bar hours\, you are responsible for your own ball and for asking anyone on the court to hop off so you may hop on. \nLarge groups will be held to a group minimum bar spend (no worries\, we have non-alcoholic cocktails!) \nCourts booked for more than 2 hours (including booking both courts) will be held to a minimum bar spend. Our GM will reach out to you for credit card information. \nDuring CLOSED season courts are open play. Anyone is welcome to enjoy the space (no outside alcoholic beverages permitted). \nBy reserving a court you understand that you will NOT be able to reschedule your reservation unless there is a Severe Thunderstorm Watch/Warning or Tornado Watch/Warning. The bar is still open in the rain and if we’re open\, you will be held accountable for your reservation. \n

DESCRIPTION:Learn how to recreate your favorite matcha drink at home. \nIn this workshop\, we will talk about the process of making matcha\, from picking leaves to whisking. \nMaking matcha can be an exacting process. We will demonstrate a detailed method as well as streamlined methods and show how to add different elements like milk and simple syrups. \nParticipants will then get to choose a method and practice making matcha themselves. We will then taste test the results as a group so that everyone can decide which method is right for them. \nEach participant will take home a matcha whisk to continuing making matcha at home.\nIf you already have a whisk\, you can bring it to use in the workshop and we will give a different matcha accessory to take home. \nWe send out a reminder email about the class a few days before. It will include information on parking\, our shop location\, and the entrance to our workshop area. You will not use the normal shop entrance\, so make sure to check your email before the class. \n\n
